Warranty and Return Policy

Xtreme Time products are backed by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

To request service under warranty:

Do not return the product to the store or dealer.
Wrap your product securely. Do not use the original gift box or ship in a padded envelope.
Include the following items inside the package:

  • The damaged product

  • A copy of your original purchase receipt

  • This completed warranty form

  • A money order for $8.95 to cover return shipping, handling, and insurance

Important Notes:
No additional charges will apply unless your warranty has expired or the product was damaged due to accident, misuse, or neglect.
This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or serviced by anyone other than Xtreme Time Inc.
Xtreme Time is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

Return Policy:
At this time, Xtreme Time does not offer refunds or returns on opened or used products. All sales are final unless the product arrives defective and qualifies under our warranty policy.
